For over a decade, Russ Brumbaugh has dedicated his life to helping others achieve peak performance and better health. As the founder of Probody Nutrition and Probody Wellness Clinic, Russ has built a trusted name in the wellness and fitness community through education, transparency, and results.

A former competitive bodybuilder and certified personal trainer for six years, Russ understands firsthand the discipline and commitment it takes to transform your body and mind. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, he brings a strong scientific foundation to everything he does—combining evidence-based knowledge with real-world experience.

At age 32, Russ discovered that he had low testosterone, leading to anxiety, poor sleep, and declining performance in the gym and in life. Starting HRT through another clinic helped him initially—but he quickly realized a serious problem: there were no follow-ups, no ongoing blood work, and no real patient care. That lack of support inspired him to create a different kind of clinic—one built on true accountability, education, and long-term optimization.

That vision became Probody Wellness Clinic—a place where every patient receives the kind of care Russ wished he had when he started his own journey. Working alongside Dr. George Frem, PA-C Blaken Geisel, and a dedicated medical team, Russ is helping men and women take control of their hormones, improve their health, and get back to feeling like themselves again.

With decades of experience in medicine, Dr. Frem brings a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for helping patients take control of their health.

In addition to his role with Probody Wellness Clinic, Dr. Frem is also the Founder of The Kidney Center, St. George's Lab, and Primary Care Providers - bringing an unmatched level of expertise and medical leadership to our community.

From an early age, Shawn was inspired and trained by his father, a competitive powerlifter, who instilled in me the discipline and passion to make health and fitness a permanent part of his life. That foundation shaped who he is today — both as an athlete and as a professional dedicated to helping others optimize their health.

Shawn is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Certified Phlebotomist, Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Certified Kinesiologist, and Certified IV Technician. His mission is to bridge the gap between fitness and medical wellness by combining real-world training experience with evidence-based care.
